Rapid Bander is a dual-roll system that turns your existing stretch wrapper into a high-performance load containment machine.

We attach the Rapid Bander to your existing stretch wrap equipment, at no capital investment cost to you.

Rapid Bander applies a double layer of our patented Rapid Film to your pallets – one full web roll and one split roll. The film is specially engineered to achieve unheard of levels of pre-stretch, for unmatched containment force.

The Rapid Bander device narrows the split roll film into bands, creating ultra-high-strength filaments which are incorporated into the full roll. This creates a web that is virtually unbreakable, resists additional stretching during transport, and ties the load to the pallet to prevent product shifting.

You’ll wrap pallets faster with about half the film, superior load containment, less waste, and lower cost per pallet.
